That’s exactly what happened at Premier Nutrition’s two manufacturing facilities – Rugeley R4 and Fradley – where multi-disciplinary teams from machine operatives to the managing director rolled up their sleeves and completed an asset restoration day.
The event was part of AB Agri’s ‘World Class Manufacturing Model’ to ensure all manufacturing assets are in the best order. Not only did the day demonstrate excellent teamwork, but it broadened the understanding of production challenges across the business and generated total engagement with team members being hugely proud of their results, as you can see from the pictures!
